Return and refund policy for www.oudrek.com

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item, Oudrek will refund the full amount (excluding shipping as we cannot refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Discounted items are not eligible for returns.

Oudrek will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Items returned to us must be delivered unused, in the condition they were received or may not qualify for a refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping, so we recommend an insured and trackable delivery service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of delivery of the return received.

We aim to accept all returns. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return it to you. All goods will be checked upon return.
